From dismal drive to Jealous Neighbours
Lord Roofing And Groundworks provided the most competitive price and also impressed me with their evident expertise, integrity, honesty and great customer service.
The deposit arrangements were satisfactory and dates for installation quickly agreed.
The team, led by Neil, completed the preparatory work efficiently in two successive days.
The resin was laid the following day very expertly and the whole job looks fantastic.
The team overcame the inevitable problems with good humour and great commonsense.
Matthew, the customers relations manager, was attentive, courteous and very capable.
The quality and workmanship was evidently of a high order.

Excellent
I rang Lord Roofing and Ground works Ltd after I had received a quote from another company which I was dissatisfied with. I rang Lord Roofing and a nice chap arranged a consultation for the next day with James. James is the MD and straight away I knew I had made the right choice in ringing them. He was enthusiastic,informative and was interesting to listen to. there was no sales pitch just straight down to what needed doing. I was given a quote which I accepted straight away. That was on Friday 21st Feb work was started on the Tuesday 25th Feb and now I’m a proud owner of a roof with a dry ridge system , replacement tiles and a repointed chimney with new flashings . David and Jonathan who did the work were brilliant and had a very high work ethic and were a pleasure to deal with. I can honestly say Lord Roofing is without doubt the best company I have had work done by, from James to David and Jonathan to the chap in the office I was treat like a valued customer and would use again. Re-roofx2
Had the main house roof and the roof to the ground floor extension replaced by Lords. A team of six was assigned to the main roof to make sure it was completed in time with Paul and Nathan returning to replace the old Felt roof with a modern material one on the ground floor. The team was always punctual, professional and keen to ensure the job was done properly, thoroughly and to a high standard. Very pleased with the outcome, it has brought many positive comments from the neighbours and passers-by. Have already recommended Lords. Keep up the great work. –

Resin Driveway
I have recently had my driveway resin finished and a pathway of Indian sandstone alongside. An excellent job performed by two first class tradesmen. Took only three days. Would highly recommend them to any future customer. – MikeM-866

Excellent, professional and would highly recommend
…LORD Roofing and Groundworks recently laid a patio at my home in Bishop Auckland. Although it was a new build with a ready made lawn I needed to have a crisp, contemporary and professional look to my perfect but small back garden! I work away from home at times so I am unable to attend to grass cutting etc on a regular basis …. a paved area was the way forward.
From the first point of contact with Matthew in the office I immediately knew I was on to a professional job. His attention to what I needed and was hoping for was attended to and talked through with regular contact via email/phone.
My thanks to Neil McDermott and Steven Whitfield for their hardwork and attention to detail and forwarding photographs throughout (as I was away). I would certainly recommend LORD Roofing and Groundworks to neighbours and friends for their professionalism and attention to customer needs. DaveF-200

Fantastic driveway!
What a fantastic job I’ve just had done by Lord, for years me and my wife have been debating getting our driveway altered and Lord have done a cracking job in totally modernizing it with Resin. Would recommend to anyone. –

Belle Vue Avenue Review

Oh my LORD…!!!! WOW..!!
I’ve quite recently had the pleasure and lovely company of Billy and Mark working upon my 1894 Victorian detached, Grade 2 listed property in Corbridge. After gathering a multitude of quotations to replace my rather shabby and often blooming leaking roof, there was only one option that stood head and shoulders above all others, and that was LORD ROOFERS and Groundworkers.
From my first phone call to the visit from Jamie ( I think that’s right ?! ) I was very impressed by not only his passion for my home and shabby roof, but also his undoubted knowledge of my roof and it’s requirements. And after a long discussion I knew that this company was the one for my Betty ( she’s my Home and my one true love). We decided on keeping Betty true to her original character and opted to replace her dated roof with new lovely Rosemary small tiles.
Betty looks stunning.and recaptured her beautiful youth.
Although not the cheapest quote, the quality and customer service was 10/10.

Fabulous service!!
Fabulous service!! From the initial phone call to completion took 14 days, a face lift for driveway and patio and all sofits and facias replaced the technicians were polite and cleared up when they were done, the quality of work is 5 ⭐️ and guaranteed

Dry ridge and lead bay tops
I wish to compliment your firm for the excellent work just completed on the roof of my house. I had wasted money early this year with another firm on poor repairs but now all the cracked ridge tiles have been replaced with a new dry ridge system and the chimney stack has properly fitted lead flashing. (No more messy cement pointing). I was so pleased that I then had the flat roofs on two bay windows replaced with lead. Your men were quick, quiet, courteous and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend them. – FredaJ

Garage roof repaired
I’ve had some work done by Lord Roofing And Grounds Works in regard to my flat roof, for a while I’ve wanted my garage roof upgraded and satisfied would be an understatement. It has been damp and leaking for some time now but I’m very happy with my garage roof, it looks brilliant and I would like to thank Billy and his team for their great work.
